Lil' Knight Demo release

Image
Lil' Knight A few months ago I started working on an idea I had for an RPG. And now it is finally done!  Well... sort of.  This is just a demo/proof of concept. But I think it turned out well. It's definitely not the most advanced RPG but I think its still pretty fun. I'm honestly not sure if I want to turn this into a full game or not. Why not play it yourself and tell me what you think! I built this demo using Wick Editor, a fun and free online tool for creating animations and games. If you're interested in making either of those, I'd recommend trying it out. And if you would like to play the Lil' Knight demo, click here .

After working on it for over a year, my very own Super World in Super Mario Maker 2 is finally done! 40 levels of Mario Mayhem ranging from uniquely fun to extremely challenging are all available to play right now. So if you have a Nintendo Switch and a copy of Super Mario Maker 2, why not check out Super Arcade Kyle World! My Creator Code ID: K19 3RS CDG      In case you don't know how to play a Super World in Super Mario Maker 2, simply go to the Course World and select the ID option. Then input the creator's Creator ID and you'll see their Super World on the right side of their profile.

Roll Game Update 2.0

Image
I've finally finished the first update to my Roll Game Prototype. I also have decided to give it a proper title, Just Roll With It . This new update has added a second stage among a few other changes.  Here is what's new: The game now has a title screen upon starting the game. The game now features a "How to Play Page" that players can access on the title screen. The game's camera is now a bit lower, making the player a bit more centered than before. Stage 1 fixed bug where player could be crushed by certain moving platforms but not take damage fixed some hard to reach platforms Stage 2 Springs: Players can use these to leap over ledges, gaps, and enemies. New enemy type: Enemy moves left to right on the ground. The stage resets if the player touches one. You can play Just Roll With It at roll-game.kylemcnaught.com/

Roll-Game Prototype Available Now

Image
Several months ago I was tasked with creating a videogame prototype, which I am tentatively referring to simply as: "Roll-Game."  The first level of this prototype is available here: roll-game.kylemcnaught.com Alternatively, it is also on the sidebar of this website under the Prototypes section. If your interested, why not check it out? It's free! The second level is currently in production. I'll be posting here in the future about updates to Roll-Game and other projects.
